Refund Policy
At LumenVeil, we are committed to providing you with high-quality photography services and a memorable experience. We understand that unexpected situations can occur, and we want to ensure clarity regarding our refund policy.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for photo sessions only if the final images fail to meet the agreed-upon quality or style as discussed prior to the session.
- If you are not satisfied with the quality of your photos, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the final images.
- We will first offer a free re-shoot to address your concerns.
- If you are still dissatisfied, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
2. Refund Exclusions
Refunds are not available for services that were properly completed according to the service agreement. Refunds do not apply to:
- Dissatisfaction with personal appearance, styling, or wardrobe choices made during the session.
- Missed appointments or late arrivals.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your photo session, please do so at least 48 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged the full session amount.
4. Refunds for Digital Images and Prints
Refunds are handled differently for digital and printed products:
- Digital Images: Non-refundable once delivered, except in cases of technical defects (e.g., corrupted files).
- Printed Products: Refunds or replacements are available for defective items (albums, framed prints) if reported within 7 days of receipt.
- Refunds for prints are not available for customer errors in selecting images, sizes, or customization options.
5. Refund Process
- To request a refund, please contact our support team with your session details and a clear description of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 5 days.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
6. Gift Cards and Prepaid Packages
- Gift cards purchased from LumenVeil are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Prepaid packages are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person with written notice.
7. Customer Satisfaction
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our photography services. If you are unhappy with the results, please give us the opportunity to make it right.
